Salford - Peel Park Campus
Strategy
Full Time Permanent

£45,585 - £54,395

Are you curious, insightful and enthused by opportunities to make a difference? This is an exciting time to join our Strategy Directorate where you'll be able to use your analytics skills to help us make the most of our data through regular insights into our progress against our strategy and proactive research.

From the ground up, we are using our Microsoft platform (Azure Data Lake & Power BI) to develop an institutional solution for all our operational and strategic reporting, as well as providing enabling us to analyse our data with a level of sophistication we have not been able to achieve previously.

We need an individual with the skills and passion for making data impactful. Their responsibilities will be in two main areas:

  • to manage the delivery of a portfolio of reports, working with stakeholders across the business to define requirements, and then design and co-ordinate implementation and testing of the solutions;
  • to provide actionable insights into strategic opportunities or concerns.

This is a full-time role; however, we would be open to offering this post as part of a job share arrangement. We work flexibly, so when you do not have commitments on campus, you can choose to work from home or the office.
