Working with us as a Lecturer in Computer Science - Cyber Security

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security domain expert to join us as Lecturer in Cyber Security, as we deliver inspirational and engaging teaching and supervision, and help drive strong outcomes for our undergrad and postgrad students.

Are you highly motivated, independent, and passionate about research and teaching? And are you switched on by producing high-quality, impactful research outputs?

We’re welcoming applications from people at the beginning of their academic career as well as more experienced practitioners who can already demonstrate leadership in research, teaching and enterprise.

We are particularly keen to receive applications from people with experience across the range of Forensics, Information Security, Privacy, Network Security and Applied Cryptography. Having CISSP, CISM, ISMS, CREST or GIAC certificates would be an asset.

Ideal candidates will have already gained a PhD in Cyber Security or a related topic and have some experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.  However, we are also interested in hearing from suitably qualified candidates from industry who can demonstrate equivalent experience and ability.
