Salford Business School is at the forefront of expanding opportunity and access in higher education. With a strong focus on the student experience, we are committed to excellent, inclusive teaching that prepares our students for professional employment and inspires them to achieve their ambitions. We deliver across a range of subject areas and are currently expanding provision through new partnerships and a developing portfolio of higher and degree apprenticeships.

This role will be located in the Business 4.0 directorate. The directorate is currently strengthening its portfolio of programmes with exciting developments around blended delivery, apprenticeships and multi-disciplinary educational partnerships. This work will create a genuinely distinctive offering that we believe will make working at Salford an even more enviable and valuable experience within the UK HE sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague capable of fully realising the ambitions of the Business School.

So what will the role involve?

  • Develop and deliver innovative and high-quality teaching material across a range of credit and non-credit bearing modules in a variety of delivery modes.
  • Contribute to the planning, design and development of modules and programmes.
  • Engage in high quality scholarly activities that includes the dissemination and facilitation of wider impact.
  • Collaborate and engage with a range of relevant organisations external to the university
  • Contribute to our thinking and be challenging on how Salford can transform the way it addresses equity disparities, embraces diversity and becomes more inclusive
