We are recruiting a full time Third Sector Practice Learning Facilitators. The successful candidates will be a registered nurse, preferably with a mental health background who will work within public health/social prescribing/salutogenic practice learning environments to support and guide practice staff who provide practice education for health and social care professional students. They will facilitate the creation of positive learning environments for students. 

The successful candidates will have experience of working in healthcare social care or third sector environments and will work in partnership with stakeholders across the NHS and Third Sector to develop and enhance effective mechanisms for student support, supervision, teaching and assessment in practice.  They will work in partnership with the University, health and social care, third sector provider organisations to develop and evaluate new ways of delivering innovative practice learning experiences.  The candidate will have an interest in developing education, teaching and assessment for students learning in a Social Prescribing and Third Sector context and is willing to facilitate the creation of the positive learning environments for students. 

Secondments into the role will be considered. Job share will also be considered.
