Salford - Peel Park Campus
School of Science, Engineering & Environment
Full Time Permanent

£45,585 - £54,395

We have an opportunity to join us for a permanent Lecturer of Construction Law.

Key responsibilities

This is a great opportunity to join us delivering innovative research-led and industry-engaged teaching across our range of construction programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels including our MSc/LLM Construction Law and practice.

Our programmes have a strong pedigree in delivering excellence in teaching and provide a high-quality experience for our students, firmly rooted in academic achievement and current and future practice-based relevance.

Our graduates make a positive difference in industry and academia by holding leadership positions in organisations and academic institutions across the world.

Construction and Management is part of the Directorate of Sustainable Built and Natural Environments and as a future member you will be part of our diverse team of research active staff.

Candidates should demonstrate an active research profile, and be able to demonstrate experience of high-quality, student-centred teaching across a range of Construction law related subjects.

Given the barriers facing female researchers, and those from black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, we strongly encourage applications from these groups.

We are also open to applications from those with non-traditional career paths, including those with family, caring or health-related career breaks, or those who have moved to academia from a career in another sector.
