So what will the role involve?

We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team of student facing services in the school. As the warm, professional face at the front of the school, you will welcome students, staff and visitors into our space and act as a first point of contact to triage their concerns.

As part of a wider team of student services across the university, you will share best practice with other customer service roles both within and outside of the school and ensure a high-standard and consistent level of service for our customers.

It’s an exciting time to join Salford as we look to deliver significant improvements in service delivery across the university. The Business School specifically has just launched a new staff-student collaboration space where were encourage a feeling of community and a sense of belonging. The post holder will be based primarily in this space in the Maxwell building on Peel Park Campus
