A bit about Estates and Property Services…

Estates and Facilities has a vision to co-create excellent learning, working and living environments that fully engage staff, students, visitors and industry and that facilitates the sharing of knowledge and information.

Estates & Facilities Services Directorate is responsible for delivering a full estates and facilities management service to the University, including property maintenance, planned maintenance and renovation, cleaning, security, caretaking and facilitating spaces for our staff and students.

What's on offer...

We currently have a vacancy within our Estates & Facilities Support Team, which is responsible for delivering a helpdesk and reception service across the University.

Estates and Property Services (E&PS) Support Assistants are required to work 22.5 hours per week on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday at a number of locations on Campus.  Shift periods consist of 08:00- 12:30; 08:30 - 13:00; 12:30 - 17:00.

Flexibility will be required during the absence of the other E&PS Support Assistants and role holder will be expected to move between different locations to provide cover.

You must have a professional telephone manner and excellent IT skills. This is a busy role that requires well-motivated, reliable and customer focused individuals who can support this established team.
